lkx8 Terms and Conditions

The following conditions must be met to open and use an account on the lkx8 platform. lkx8 reserves the right to close accounts that do not meet these conditions.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register on lkx8 and use its betting services. Please note: for those aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same device, or multiple accounts using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true and accurate information at the time of registration. Opening or operating an account with false information is a serious violation. lkx8 reserves the right to verify identity at any time.

2.4 Restricted Regions

lkx8 services are not available from certain countries or regions. If users from restricted regions access the platform through a VPN or any other means, their account and funds may be forfeited.

lkx8 offers fast and secure financial transactions through all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals can be made through the following methods:

• Bank Transfer (all major banks)

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if a verification process is ongoing or if unusual activity is suspected.

4.4 Deposit Guidelines

• Use the correct account number when making a deposit.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Making deposits using a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
• Keep proof of transactions for your own records.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is found to be fraudulent, the associated account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited. lkx8 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in certain specific circumstances — such as a technical error, event cancellation or changed conditions — lkx8 reserves the right to cancel a bet.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final.

6.3 Live Betting

lkx8 will not be responsible if a bet is not completed due to an internet disconnection or delay during live betting. In the case of technical issues, lkx8's discretionary decision will be final.

6.4 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed before the scheduled time, all bets on that event will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. Bets placed on any portion of the event already completed will be settled as normal.

6.5 Maximum Winnings Limit

lkx8 reserves the right to set a maximum winnings limit on a single bet or from a single event. This limit may vary depending on circumstances and the relevant member will be notified.

8.1 Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide the platform's services. This includes registration information, payment information and platform usage data.

8.2 Use of Information

10.1 Closure by lkx8

lkx8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Where required to meet legal obligations.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

10.2 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account. Bonus funds will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be declared inactive if there is no activity for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to funds held in inactive accounts. The member will be notified in advance by email.

lkx8 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made:

• Members will be notified by email 7 days in advance for significant changes.
• Updated terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will change.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree with the revised terms and conditions, you will have the option to close your account.

12.1 Language

These terms and conditions are provided in Bengali. If a translation in another language exists, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative in the event of any dispute.
